Do you deliver across Kathmandu Valley?
Yes, we deliver across Kathmandu Valley. Orders usually ship within 1–2 days of being placed.

Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on orders above Rs. 999.
For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept eSewa, IME Pay, Global Pay and Cash on Delivery.
Bulk & festive orders
Do you take bulk orders for weddings and events?
Yes, we take bulk orders. The minimum for a bulk order is 5 kg.

Do you have sweet boxes for Tihar, Dashain and Chhath?
Yes, we make festive sweet gift boxes for Tihar (including bhai tika), Dashain and Chhath.

How early should I order for a festival?
Order as early as you can, because demand rises sharply in the days before Dashain, Tihar and Chhath.

Are your sweets and snacks vegetarian?
Yes, all our products are 100% vegetarian.
Do you use preservatives, and how long do the sweets stay fresh?
No, we do not use preservatives. Because of this, we recommend eating milk-based sweets soon after buying.
Dry sweets and snacks keep longer. Ask us for the best-before advice on your order when you buy.
Do you have sugar-free sweets?
